As Lead UX Designer, I led the redesign of our applicant tracking system (ATS) to address inefficiencies in high-volume hiring. By integrating AI-powered automation, I introduced dynamic filters that adapt to job descriptions, eliminating repetitive setup tasks and enabling recruiters to focus on evaluating candidates.

The addition of AI-driven candidate grouping further streamlined the process, organizing profiles by specialized skills and focus areas. Recruiters could now effortlessly navigate structured clusters, improving precision and expanding their talent pool.

This intuitive redesign, featuring automated filtering, intelligent grouping, and bulk actions, reduced manual effort and enhanced placement accuracy. It also empowered hiring managers to perform independent searches confidently, transforming recruiting workflows into a smarter, more adaptive system.
