Employee satisfaction report
Line managers struggled to extract meaningful insights from the original employee satisfaction report due to its cluttered design and lack of clear prioritization. Through interviews and analysis, I identified their primary need: to quickly spot and address critical issues. In response, I redesigned the report to include a bar chart for straightforward metric comparisons, benchmarks, and year-over-year changes for context. Additionally, I placed actionable recommendations prominently at the top, making them instantly accessible. This redesign turned a confusing document into an intuitive tool that empowered managers to take effective, data-driven actions. The overwhelmingly positive user feedback underscored the impact of this transformation.
